– Oil for frying
Syrup:
– 1 cup of organic sugar
– 1/2 a cup of water
– 1/2 a tsp of cardamom powder

1. Mix flour, cornstarch, water, and turmeric to form a batter.
2. Pipe into hot oil in spiral shapes and fry until crispy.
3. Dip in the sugar syrup and serve your vegan jalebi.
