I’ve been looking for vitamin D complex tablets on the internet for a while now but can’t find anything that’s vegan🌱 friendly.Ā
I was told by my doctor that I have slightly low vitamin D levels and I need a D complex. Put finding a vegan🌱 brand has been quite difficult.
I have however found vegan 🌱 D2 and d3 sold separately and some D2 + d3 complex tablets.Ā
Is vitamin D complex just D2 and d3?
If it’s more than just D2 and d3 where can I find the full vegan🌱 D complex vitamin tablets?
