Vegan Lotus Seed & Walnut Milk Recipe Ingredients
– 1/2 a cup lotus seeds (soaked overnight)
– 1/2 a cup of walnuts (soaked overnight)
– 4 cups of water
– 2 tbsp of maple syrup
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Vegan Lotus Seed & Walnut Milk Recipe Cooking Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Then carefully strain through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
3. Best served when it has been chilled.
