- 2 ripe bananas, mashed up into a thick paste
- 1 or 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of vegan soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegan maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of vegan sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of organic turmeric powder
- 1/2 a cup of chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts (optional for garnish)
