– 2 cups of fresh hulled and sliced strawberries
– 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk
– 1/2 a cup of organic maple syrup
– 1 tsp of organic vanilla extract
Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe Cooking Instructions
1. Blend the strawberries, full fat coconut milk, organic maple syrup, and organic vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, blender, ninja food processor or stand mixer and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
3. Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
