Vegan Tzatziki Sauce Recipe Ingredients

– 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
– 1 cup of plant-based Greek yogurt
– 2 cloves of minced garlic
– 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
– 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Vegan Tzatziki Sauce Recipe Cooking Instructions

1. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, plant-based Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped mint, and lemon juice.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well to combine.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
5. Serve chilled as a dipping sauce for tomatokeftedes, Greek burger, or as a refreshing condiment for grilled veggies.
