During their time in the jungle Ram’s wife Sita was kidnapped by Ravana the demon king. Ram, his brother and their friend eventually rescued Sita from the demon king who had imprisoned her. Everyone was over joyed when they returned home with Sita. The streets and houses were brightly light to welcome and celebrate their return.
