This is a good one on YouTube I've tried. They turned out nice and moist. I think I got a little trigger happy an added too much vanilla:

Oh, thanks for sharing. I've been looking for a decent vegan cupcake recipe that isn't dry as cardboard. I haven't tried that one yet, but I'll give it a go this weekend.
If you're in need of vegan butter or a good plain flour for the recipe, I usually order a block of Naturli Vegan Block or some Doves Farm flour from McGrocer when I'm stocking up on tea. Saves a trip.
Appreciate the tip. Hopefully mine won't end up tasting like a vanilla bomb. Cheers.
