Would just like to know what people's opinion are on different cheese brands in the US.
What's your favorite and why?
I personally prefer vegan cheeses that can melt. I find it really annoying when I try a new vegan cheese and it doesn't melt. Does anyone else find that annoying? Or do you prefer it not to melt?
