Can you eat foods with semolina in them if you're trying to build vegan abs?
Working on my vegan 🌱 gains 💪. I've been hitting the gym hard 💪 and changed my diet drastically from vegan junk food to ab friendly food. I'm eating wholemeal and wholegrains just don't know if semolina is ok to eat or not. I have read that semolina is great for weight loss (shredding). It would be great if someone could help me shed some light on this. Just want to know if semolina is a go 👍 for vegan gains or a big no no👍.
